I have been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2016. Over time I have noticed the normalization of mental health in the media, and more education has become available to us as a society. However, in my personal experience, I see that there is a need for more support and accessibility for people with complex mental health backgrounds. I hope to use my massage practice to be an ally to these communities.
