Karyn's initiatives and advocacy efforts are inspired by her personal experiences with mental health and trauma. The intention behind her services are to make the overwhelming seem manageable. 

Walking into spaces, Karyn wears two hats: 

• as a patient/participant 
• as a trauma-informed consultant 

Karyn is passionate about: 

1. Shortening the gap between patient experiences and health offerings
2. Improving communication between those who experience symptoms and those who don't. 
3. Sharing information, brainstorming and offering suggestions on how to improve workplace, educational and healthcare environments to create accessible and inclusive spaces that better reflect humanity
4. Workshop development and delivery promoting education and awareness
5. Connecting with you to increase empathy within your organization centred around humanness.
