Provides young people ages 12 to 24 with easy access to primary care, mental health and substance use services, peer support, and social services. Counsellors are available on a drop-in basis from 3 pm to 6 pm Monday to Friday, and also offers clinical groups such as mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, and photovoice. With referral, also provides more intensive mental health and substance use support by a case manager and psychiatrist specializing in youth/young adult mental health and substance use. Primary health care services are available 1 pm to 5 pm (last patient at 4:30 pm) Monday to Friday on a drop-in basis or via telephone/video calls; virtual or in-person appointments can be booked by phone. Services are free; Medical Services Plan (MSP) coverage not required, and will help clients get a BC Care Card if eligible. Peer support is provided by youth with lived experience who are onsite during walk-in hours. An income assistance worker can help youth with applications and information about financial assistance options. Also offers a wide range of social and recreational activities on site.
